Your Intellivizz CRM mobile companion is the LeadConnector app, available on iPhone and Android. Once installed, you can take calls on your business number, reply to SMS and email, view your calendar, get push notifications when a new lead comes in, and basically run your business from your phone. Most owners and operators end up using the mobile app more than the web app.
NOTE - About the LeadConnector branding
The mobile app keeps the LeadConnector name in the App Store and Google Play - this is intentional and unchanged. Once you log in, every piece of data and every screen inside the app is your Intellivizz CRM. The app and your web app at app.intellivizz.ai share the same login and the same data in real time.
iPhone: open the App Store and search for LeadConnector, or use this direct link: App Store — LeadConnector
Android: open Google Play and search for LeadConnector, or use: Google Play — LeadConnector
Tap Install / Get
Open the app once installed
Use the same email + password you use for app.intellivizz.ai
If you have 2FA enabled, enter the rotating code from your authenticator app
After login, you'll see your dashboard — same data as the web app, optimized for mobile
Push notifications are why the mobile app exists. Without them, you have to manually check the app for new leads/messages. With them, your phone tells you the moment something happens.
After login, the app prompts you to allow notifications — tap "Allow"
If you denied by accident: iOS → Settings → Notifications → LeadConnector → Allow Notifications.
In the app, go to Settings → Notifications → enable: New Messages, Missed Calls, New Appointments, @Mentions
Optionally enable: Workflow Errors (for admins), Wallet Low (for billing leads)
When you call a customer through the LeadConnector app, your business phone number shows on their caller ID — not your personal cell. This keeps your personal number private and ensures your business number gets the call-history attribution.
Open a contact in the app
Tap the phone icon next to their number
The call is placed via your CRM phone number; the customer sees your business number on their caller ID
After the call, a record is added to the contact's history with duration and (if enabled) recording

Settings → Quiet Hours: choose when to silence non-urgent notifications (e.g., 9pm–7am)
Settings → Sounds: customize alert sound per notification type
Settings → Auto-Reply (when away): set an away message during off-hours
🎯 Worked example: Real estate agent on the road — daily mobile workflow
Marco starts his day by opening LeadConnector. Push notifications overnight: 2 missed calls, 3 new website leads, 1 SMS reply.
He calls back the missed calls from inside the app — each customer sees his business number, not his cell. Calls are auto-logged.
For the new leads: the New Lead Instant Response workflow already sent them an acknowledgment SMS. He follows up with a personal SMS via the app while driving between showings.
Lunch: he replies to the 1 SMS reply via the app, schedules a showing for tomorrow.
End of day: he adds notes to today's appointments while still in the car. Notes sync instantly to the web app for the office team.
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Can't find the app in the App Store | Searching wrong term, or wrong country store | Search exactly "LeadConnector" (one word); use direct links above |
| Login keeps failing | Wrong password, or 2FA code expired | Try web login first to confirm credentials work; reset password if needed |
| First Name | Display name for messages | Your real first name (shows on customer-facing messages) |
| Push notifications never arrive | OS-level notifications disabled, or in-app notifications off | Both layers need ON: phone Settings → LeadConnector → Allow Notifications, AND in-app Settings → Notificationse |
| Calls drop or have bad audio | Cellular signal poor, or VoIP-over-cellular issue | Switch to WiFi if available; or use the "Forward calls" option to route to your cell instead |
| App is slow or crashing | Old version, or device storage low | Update from App Store / Play Store; restart device; reinstall as last resort |
| Notifications come hours late | iOS battery saver throttling background fetch | iOS Settings → LeadConnector → Background App Refresh → ON; disable Low Power Mode |
| Multiple users on same phone | App supports one logged-in user at a time | Each user installs on their own phone; or use Sign Out / Sign In to switch (not recommended for daily use) |
