Set your branding (logo, colors, favicon)

Your branding flows through every customer-facing surface in Intellivizz CRM. The logo you upload here appears on emails, invoices, booking pages, the embedded chat widget, the client portal, the membership site, and any funnels you build. Spending 30 minutes here on getting your logo, colors, and favicon dialed in saves hours of inconsistency later - and dramatically improves how professional your brand looks to customers.

Step-by-step

1. Prepare your assets before you start

Before you click anything, get these files ready on your computer:

1.    Logo: 500×500 px or larger, PNG with transparent background preferred. SVG also works.

2.    Favicon: 64×64 px PNG or ICO. Often just the symbol part of your logo without text.

3.    Brand colors: hex codes for your primary and secondary colors (e.g., #1F4E79). If you don't know them, your existing website's CSS or a brand-style guide will have them.

4.    Optional: a wide banner image (1200×300 px) for email headers.

TIP — If you don't have a logo yet

t's better to launch with a simple wordmark than wait for a designer. Free tools like Canva, Looka, or Hatchful generate clean wordmark logos in 10 minutes. You can always swap in a professionally-designed logo later by repeating these steps.

2. Upload your logo

1. Go to Settings → Company → Branding

2. Click the current logo (or empty placeholder)

3. Click "Upload" and select your prepared logo file

4. Maximum file size: 2 MB

5. Wait for the preview to load

6. Click Save

3. Upload your favicon

The favicon is the tiny icon shown in browser tabs and bookmarks. Customers who bookmark your client portal or booking page will see this icon in their bookmarks bar.

1    Scroll to the Favicon section

2.  Click Upload

3.   Select your 32×32 or 64×64 px PNG/ICO file

13. Click Save

4. Set brand colors

1. Find the "Primary Color" picker

2.   Click the color swatch — a color picker opens

3.    Enter your primary brand color as a HEX code (e.g., #1F4E79)

4.    Repeat for Secondary Color (used for accents and hover states)

5.    Scan the QR code shown on screen

20.  Click Save

WARNING — Test color contrast with white text

Whatever you pick as your primary color, white button text needs to be legible on top of it. Most darker primaries pass; pastels and very light colors fail. If your brand uses a light pastel as primary, use a darker accent color for buttons and reserve the pastel for backgrounds. Use webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker to verify your primary + white text passes WCAG AA (4.5:1 contrast minimum).

5. Verify your branding flows through

Once saved, check that the new branding actually appears on customer-facing surfaces
1. Open Calendars → click any calendar → click "View Booking Page" — logo and colors should appear

2. Go to Marketing → Email → click "Create Email" — the default header should pull your logo

3. Open Conversations → send yourself a test email — confirm the signature/header looks right

4. Check the chat widget on a funnel preview — your logo should appear in the widget header

Field reference

Asset Recommended size Format Max file size
Logo (full) 500×500 px or larger PNG transparent (preferred), SVG, JPG 2 MB
Favicon 32×32 or 64×64 px PNG, ICO 500 KB
Email banner (optional) 1200×300 px PNG, JPG 1 MB
Primary color n/a HEX code (e.g., #1F4E79) n/a
Secondary color n/a HEX code n/a

Worked example: Hospitality — boutique hotel

Logo: a refined wordmark with a serif font + a small icon (key + crown). 800×800 px PNG with transparent background.

Favicon: just the key+crown icon, isolated, 64×64 px.

Primary color: #2C3E50 — a dark navy that signals upscale.

Secondary: #C9A96E — a warm gold accent for buttons and links.

Both colors test clean at 4.5:1+ contrast with white text.

Worked example: Healthcare — family clinic

Logo: simple wordmark with a stethoscope icon, 600×400 PNG.

Favicon: just the stethoscope icon.

Primary color: #1B7AB8 — a clinical, trustworthy blue.

Secondary: #E0F2F8 — a soft sky blue used as background tint, NOT for buttons.

For buttons they use the primary because the secondary fails contrast tests with white.

Troubleshooting

Symptom Likely cause What to do
Logo upload fails with 'file too large' File exceeds 2 MB limit Compress with tinypng.com or save as a smaller PNG; SVG is usually under 100 KB
Logo looks pixelated on customer-facing pages Source file is too small (e.g., 100×100) Re-export at 500×500 minimum from your design tool, or ask your designer for a larger version
Logo has a white box around it Source PNG isn't transparent — has a solid white background Re-export with transparency enabled, or use removebg.com to strip the white
Logo color looks different on emails vs. booking pages Source file uses CMYK color space instead of sRGB Re-export from your design tool with sRGB color profile (the web standard)
Brand colors don't show up on funnels Funnel pages have their own per-page color overrides Open the funnel → page settings → reset color overrides to use account defaults
Favicon doesn't appear in browser tab Browser cache showing old favicon Hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) or close and reopen the browser tab
