Your Intellivizz CRM account is created the day you sign your service agreement. Within 1 business hour, you'll receive a welcome email from [email protected] with a secure link to set your password. This article walks you through that first login, enabling 2-factor authentication, and verifying everything is set up properly before you go further.
If you don't see the welcome email within 24 hours of signing, check spam, then contact your onboarding specialist or [email protected]. We can re-issue the link — it's not a problem.
1. Search your inbox for Welcome to Intellivizz CRM or sender [email protected]
2. If you don't see it, check Spam/Junk and Promotions tabs
3. Open the email and click the "Set your password" button
4. The link is valid for 24 hours — if it's expired, request a new one rather than guessing

The link takes you to app.intellivizz.ai/set-password. You'll see a single-page form asking for your new password twice.
5. Enter a password that's at least 12 characters long
6. Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and at least one symbol
7. Don't reuse a password from any other system — your CRM holds customer data and deserves a unique credential
8. Re-enter to confirm
9. Click Set Password — you'll be redirected to the login page

10. Go to https://app.intellivizz.ai
11. Enter your email and the password you just set
12. Click Login
13. If your account has 2FA pre-enabled (Medical/HIPAA tier), you'll be asked to set up an authenticator app on this first login — see the next section

Two-factor authentication (2FA) means that even if your password is stolen, an attacker can't log in without the rotating code on your phone. For a CRM holding customer data, this is non-negotiable.
14. 1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
15. Go to Settings → My Profile → Security
16. Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
17. Choose Authenticator App (preferred over SMS — SMS-based 2FA is vulnerable to SIM-swap attacks)
18. Open Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password on your phone
19. Scan the QR code shown on screen
20. Enter the 6-digit code your app displays to confirm setup
21. Save the backup recovery codes that appear — store them in your password manager
WARNING — Backup codes are critical
If you enable 2FA, lose your phone, AND don't have backup codes, you will be permanently locked out. Intellivizz cannot bypass 2FA — we can only verify identity manually, which takes 1–3 business days and requires government-ID verification. Save your backup codes the moment they appear on screen, in your password manager, and consider printing a copy for your office safe.

| Field | What it is | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| Your login identifier | The email used during account creation — cannot be changed without support | |
| Password | Authentication credential | 12+ chars, mixed case, numbers, symbols. Unique to this account./td> |
| First Name | Display name for messages | Your real first name (shows on customer-facing messages) |
| Last Name | Display name for messages | Your real last name |
| Phone (optional) | SMS notifications | Mobile number for receiving CRM alerts |
| Time Zone | Display preference | Your local time zone |
Worked example: Solo medical practice owner (HIPAA tier)
Dr. Patel signs her Medical-tier service agreement on a Friday. The welcome email arrives by 4 PM the same day. Because she's on the HIPAA tier, the email mentions that 2FA is mandatory and her account requires it on first login.
She clicks the link, sets a 16-character password from 1Password, and logs in. The system immediately prompts her to scan a QR code with Google Authenticator on her iPhone. She does so, enters the code, and saves the 10 backup codes to a password-manager secure note labeled "Intellivizz CRM — BACKUP CODES."
Total time: 8 minutes. She's in and ready for OB-002.
Worked example: Real estate brokerage co-owner (Standard tier)
Marco runs a 6-agent real estate brokerage and signs up on Monday. The welcome email arrives within 30 minutes. He's already a Bitwarden user, so he generates a password and saves it.
On first login, 2FA is optional but he enables it anyway because he plans to add staff who'll have access to the same listings and contacts. He uses Authy because he wants 2FA backed up to the cloud (in case he replaces his phone).
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome email never arrived | Spam filter, wrong email on file, or onboarding not triggered yet | Check spam folder; if not there, email [email protected] with your business name to request a re-send |
| Password link says "expired" or "invalid" | Link is single-use, 24-hour TTL | Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page to request a new link |
| Login page says "User not found" | Typo in email, or account not yet provisioned | Double-check the email address; if correct, contact your onboarding specialist |
| Login succeeds but everything looks blank | Account provisioning still finalizing in the background | Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh; if still blank, contact support |
| 2FA QR code won't scan | Phone camera focus issue or QR is too small | Click "Enter setup key manually" link below the QR; type the alphanumeric key into your authenticator app |
| Lost phone with 2FA app installed | Device replaced, reset, or stolen | Use one of your backup codes at the 2FA prompt; if you don't have backup codes, email [email protected] for manual identity verification (1–3 business days) |
| 2FA code rejected as wrong | Phone clock drift OR code already expired (codes rotate every 30 sec) | Check your phone's date/time is set to auto; wait for the next code; try again |
